Seattle getting worse on the day of the Draft? Never happens."Oh دیدن لینک ها برای شما امکان پذیر نیست. لطفا ثبت نام کنید یا وارد حساب خود شوید تا بتوانید لینک ها را ببینید.
, draft week. We are going to hear so much noise over the next few days. What actually ends up sticking will be interesting. One thing that has been too loud to ignore is the potential of the Seattle Seahawks trading defensive end Frank Clark. Over the weekend, it was reported that Seattle is holding out for a first round pick to deal Clark. The New York Jets are reportedly interested in dealing for Clark, but they don’t want to part ways with the No. 3 pick. The Jets don’t have a second round pick, so that’s going to be tough. A lot of people around the league believe that a deal will be worked out with the Kansas City Chiefs. The other team that is reportedly interested in Clark is the Indianapolis Colts. We know about Clark and his issues off of the field. Trading a first round pick—even for an established player like Clark—only to hand them a contract that is going to sniff $100 million seems backwards. This would be great for the San Francisco 49ers, obviously. Clark is one of the three best players on that defense, if not team. You aren’t going to replace what he brings on the field. With the Seahawks getting rid of Clark, the 49ers have a good chance to become the second best team in the division دیدن لینک ها برای شما امکان پذیر نیست. لطفا ثبت نام کنید یا وارد حساب خود شوید تا بتوانید لینک ها را ببینید.
, and potentially slide into a wildcard spot. San Francisco 49ers general manager John Lynch met with the media on Thursday and he offered a couple big updates on the injury front. Per Jennifer Chan, he said Weston Richburg had a clean up surgery on his knee and quad, while D.J. Reed is having surgery on a labrum tear on Friday. The hope is that both will be ready for training camp. Lynch said that Reed faces a six-month recovery, which puts him back right near the start of training camp. Both players will spend the entire offseason workout program rehabbing from their surgeries, and my guess is both are placed on the PUP list to open training camp. They could be removed right away, but given this extensive timeline on their rehabs, the smart approach is to place them on PUP and once you’re certain they’re 100 percent دیدن لینک ها برای شما امکان پذیر نیست. لطفا ثبت نام کنید یا وارد حساب خود شوید تا بتوانید لینک ها را ببینید.
, remove them from the list.Richburg’s injury opens the door for Erik Magnuson to get OTA and minicamp work at center. Given the importance of the center position, I would not be surprised to see the team bring in another option to boost their depth. I could see a day two offensive line pick that could get work at both guard and center. Richburg is entering the second year of his deal, so at some point in the next couple years we’ll reach a time where the team has to make a decision about his future. That’s not happening now, but it’s just something to keep on the radar.Reed’s injury is bad timing following a solid close to the season. He likely will compete for the nickel back and free safety roles, and could develop into a super-sub type of option. He’ll be around for OTAs and minicamp, but he won’t get to do the critical work on the practice field until training camp. That will be a hurdle to overcome.
